We are closely monitoring House Bill 815 and Senate Bill 405. Should this legislation pass, the Virginia Health Workforce Development Authority (VHWDA) will be able to collect data from state agencies to analyze and publish data on supply, demand, workforce demographics, salaries, reasons for leaving, and outmigration. We look forward to begin publishing data in fall 2026.
