Request for Abstracts
We invite nurses, educators, researchers, employers, and partners to submit abstracts highlighting data-driven, innovative strategies that strengthen Virginia’s nursing workforce through collaboration, education, and workforce development.
Accepted abstracts may be selected for a presentation or poster session and should clearly describe the initiative or study and its practical implications for Virginia’s nursing workforce.
Abstracts are encouraged on topics such as workforce data & research, education/training capacity, innovative care delivery or practice models, retention & well-being, diversity and leadership development, and policy/cross-sector collaboration
